Using MovementAtlas

By using the platform you agree to follow these terms. We may update them; we'll notify you of meaningful changes.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login secure and for the activity that happens under your account. You must be 18+ or have a guardian's consent.

Bookings and payments

Each instructor and studio sets their own pricing and cancellation policies, shown before you book. Refunds follow those policies.

Acceptable use

Don't use the platform to harass others, scrape data, run automated systems against it, or do anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that do.

Liability

We provide the platform on an "as is" basis. We're not responsible for the conduct of instructors, studios, or other users, but we do moderate and respond to reports.

SMS messaging

If you opt in to text messages, our SMS Texting Terms apply — how MovementAtlas and the instructors and studios you book with may text you, message frequency, opt-out (reply STOP), HELP, and that message and data rates may apply. Read them at movementatlas.com/sms-terms.
